Want to Advance Diversity? Change the Employee Experience
Diversity and inclusion efforts are typically addressed through standalone programs. What happens when an organization advances diversity and inclusion through a defined employee experience? D&I is at its best when a human-centered approach to company activities and employee communications drives the behaviors and culture of an organization.

In this session, participants will learn:

  • How surveys can be better used to collect feedback to improve the employee experience.
  • Ways in which gender diversity is promoted through grassroots group mentoring.
  • Means of reporting diversity metrics in a visually engaging format, in turn making the connection between people and numbers.
